What is the relevant legislation on public procurement in Nigeria?: The Public Procurement Act of 2007 (PPA) is the pertinent piece of legislation in Nigeria. The National Council on Public Procurement (the Council) and the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) were established in Sections 1 and 3 of the PPA, respectively.
