Big Tobacco proposes nearly $24 billion payment to settle Canada lawsuits

Cigarette makers Philip Morris, British American Tobacco and Japan Tobacco will pay C$32.5 billion ($23.6 billion) to settle a tobacco lawsuit in Canada.
