Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham has expressed her frustration with piracy after an incident during a screening of her new film, Alakada: Bad and Boujee.
In a video shared on X on Saturday, Abraham revealed that a cinema-goer had been caught secretly recording the film.
She explained that the individual was confronted and, after deleting the footage, was allowed to leave without further consequences.

While the situation was handled calmly, the actress made it clear that she would no longer intervene if such an incident occurred again.
In her post, she called on her followers to respect the intellectual property of filmmakers and refrain from recording or pirating films.
She said, “We caught someone at the cinema, who came to record Alakada: Bhad and Boujee. She deleted it, and I told them to let her go”.
“Please stop recording; if they catch anyone, I won’t interfere again. Please, guys, I am so tired.”
