Yusuf spoke when he appeared before the court as the 4th witness of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in the trial of alleged N2.7 billion contract fraud against Sirika and three others.
The EFCC dragged him alongside his daughter, Fatima; Jalal Sule Hamma and Al-Duraq Investment Limited, for abuse of office and contract fraud.
